Le ciste noir ou ciste collant, est un arbuste de la famille des cistac\u00e9es, qui peut atteindre une hauteur de plus de 2 m\u00e8tres. Il a de grandes fleurs blanches, avec une tache jaune \u00e0 la base, et parfois une autre pourpre superpos\u00e9e. Son fruit est en forme de capsule en forme de panier, avec des graines d\u2019\u00e0 peine 1 mm. Il poss\u00e8de des brindilles et des feuilles couvertes d\u2019une substance collante et odorante, le \u00ab\u00a0labdanum\u00a0\u00bb, qui fournit le parfum caract\u00e9ristique des cistes qu’ils d\u00e9gagent au printemps et en \u00e9t\u00e9. L\u2019esp\u00e8ce est distribu\u00e9e dans le monde entier par l\u2019Espagne, principalement dans le sud-ouest de la p\u00e9ninsule, le Portugal, le nord du Maroc et l\u2019Alg\u00e9rie et le sud de la France. L\u2019Espagne est le pays avec la plus grande superficie de sirop dans le monde. C’est la principale source commerciale de pollen d’abeille dans la p\u00e9ninsule ib\u00e9rique. Il est fr\u00e9quent d\u2019observer naturellement du sirop printanier pousser dans les zones de montagne, sols secs, ensoleill\u00e9s et des zones m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes. Il pousse plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur des sols l\u00e2ches, peu fertiles et sans beaucoup de calcaire. Le ciste collant renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et aide l\u2019organisme \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des d\u00e9fenses. Il existe d\u2019autres plantes connues pour ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, comme l\u2019\u00e9chinac\u00e9e. Mais le ciste a aussi d\u2019autres propri\u00e9t\u00e9s associ\u00e9es : il est antioxydant, anti-inflammatoire, antiviral et antibact\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n
