Famorcas Centro A and B are 2 newly refurbished and brand new flats. Each has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, a bathroom with shower, bed linen and towels, kitchen with all utensils and electrical appliances, and a bright and cosy living area. They are on the first floor (there is a small flight of stairs). These houses have a total capacity of up to 5 guests each.

They are located in the epicentre of Almodóvar del Río, specifically, in the old part of the town, from where you can access the bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, cash dispensers, and several bars and restaurants serving traditional Andalusian food. They also have air-conditioning winter-summer, free WiFi access, a cosy corner with tourist information and their own balcony terrace, from where you can watch the Carrera Oficial during Easter Week, the parade during Carnival or the Romería in May.

Thanks to its excellent location, you will be able to walk to the central square where you will find the Town Hall of Almodóvar del Río, the municipal library and where you can enjoy the terraces in the sun. There is also free parking close to the flat where you can leave your car and walk around the village. Or, if you prefer, you can drive to the hill of Castillo de Almodóvar, just a few streets away from the house.
