Our beginnings in the hotel and catering business date back to 1988. Since then, our aim has always been to bring to each and every one of our diners the flavours of traditional cuisine.

Today we continue with the same enthusiasm as more than 30 years ago, and proof of this is the constant renovation of our facilities, their daily improvement, without ever losing sight of our essence, which is none other than the authenticity of what is ours, the rural.
